Hello,
At The Mark, I ran all guest and travel advisor communications, which included seasonal campaigns, award announcements, advisor benefits, and anything else worth sharing. I handled concept, copy, and design.
Each audience had a different approach, still maintaining the brand's witty personality. For travel advisors, the approach was more actionable, detail-driven. For guests: warm, witty, never promotional.

Each audience required a distinct approach while still maintaining the brand’s wit and personality. For travel advisors, the copy was actionable, concise, and detail-driven. For guests, it was more emotional, playful, and editorial, never overtly promotional.
